The World People´s Conference on Climate Change and the Rights of Mother Earth will be held in Cochabamba, Bolivia, from April 19-22. Over 240 social movements and organizations from around the world will participate. There will be seventeen working groups that will produce proposals on issues such as the Kyoto Protocol, the dangers of carbon markets, climate debt, agriculture and food sovereignty.
