Bolivia warns at the Climate Change conference in Cancun that they are not willing to “sell themselves out” or “kneel” to the pressure of the US to accept an agreement that does not recognize the industrialized countries obligations to the world. The lack of will of industrialized countries to fulfill their emission reduction and adequate climate finance commitments is worrying the social movements present at the COP 16 on Climate Change in Cancun, Mexico. These countries are “deceiving the whole world by saying that they are providing funds for the Global South to adapt to climate change, because that´s a lie”, said Friends of the Earth International´s Economic Justice Program Coordinator, Sebastian Valdomir, in an interview with Real World Radio.
